Adrian qualified from Leeds University in 1992 and spent his first 5 years in General Practice in Grimsby where he also held Assistant positions in Grimsby Hospital (Orthodontic) and Hull Royal Infirmary (Oral Surgery). He set up the forerunner to the Broadbank Dental & Implant Clinic in 1997 elsewhere in Louth before expanding & relocating to the Broadbank site in 2000.
Having a special interest in Dental Implants, Adrian started his training with the Swiss manufacturer ‘Straumann’ in 1999 and has used their system ever since.
As Lead Clinician for the Clinic, Adrian continues to look after his longstanding patient base as well as accepting new patients for Implant treatments.
In his spare time, Adrian is a keen motorcyclist, outdoor sportsman and Scout Leader.

Matt was born and raised in Lincolnshire before graduating from Kings College, London with Honors. Since graduation he has held positions in Woodhall Spa and has completed his Surgical Year back at Kings in the Oral & Maxillofacial Department.
Principal Dentist, Adrian Beech, has said that "Matt is a huge asset to the practice and enables us to continue accepting new patients. He joined a team that can offer all aspects of Dental Care including Titanium Implants and a complete range of Orthodontic Solutions (Braces)".
Matt has recently started his career in implantology, completing the year long ITI course at The Campbell Academy, Nottingham.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys veg growing, playing, watching and coaching football and is an avid Grimsby Town fan.

Kate graduated from Newcastle University in 2017, with Distinction in Clinical Dentistry and Merit in Academic Dentistry. Kate was also awarded the James Coltman prize for her restorative portfolio.
Since graduating Kate has worked in dental practices in the UK and New Zealand. Kate has recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Conscious Sedation, meaning she can treat anxious patients while administering medication to help patients relax during treatment.
In her spare time Kate enjoys keeping fit, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Sinha joined Broadbank Dental Practice 2015 and has helped create beautiful smiles for her patients. She has made a lot of patients very happy with their smile since she joined. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated orthodontist who mission in life is to make patients smile.
Dr Sinha Is a specialist orthodontist and is registered with the General Dental Council on their specialist list. She is experienced at providing orthodontic treatments to children and adults in both hospital and specialist practices. Dr Sinha can offer a range of treatments including clear fixed braces and Invisalign.
Dr Sinha is passionate about high quality orthodontic treatment tailored to the individual to enhance smile and facial aesthetics.
Dr Sinha is the secretary of the local orthodontic clinical network and has worked closely with Lincolnshire PCT to develop their website for orthodontic treatment across the county. She has presented at the British Orthodontic Conference and lectured for the Lincoln postgraduate dental department. She has also worked at the Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital (Boston) and at specialist practices in Lincolnshire. She now has her own practice in the Yorkshire area.
Dr Sinha completed her three-year orthodontic training at Charles Clifford Dental Hospital (Sheffield University) and was awarded her MClinDent (ortho) and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of surgeons in London. She graduated as a Dental Surgeon from Kings College London in 2001. Dr Sinha has developed a range of skills and dental techniques, including the management of anxious patients in adults and children, through various hospital and practice posts in disciplines such as restorative, paediatrics, oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental public health.
